Quality and the Environment

Everyone must determine for themself which values matter most. Many are very aware of important issues, such as the environment, social behaviour and product quality. Others consider these issues less important. As an SME we can only do so much to form opinions; however, we can be consistent in implementing our convictions in our business activities and we do so with great conviction. In addition to our own standards, our production facilities in Hungary fulfil the following standards and audits:

Ecovadis bronze

EcoVadis conducts comprehensive audits in the areas of environment, ethics, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement. We were awarded "Bronze" by EcoVadis for our efforts in these areas. This places Stuco in the top 50% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.

ISO 9001 – Quality Management

Our approach to quality is best defined by our commitment to product quality and our aim to entertain a positive business relationship with satisfied and loyal customers.

Our customers should be able to see and sense our love for high-quality materials and processing in perfection in our products. This attitude has been internalized by all of our employees over the years and they can be very critical when it comes to topics such as product or service quality – and we could hardly imagine a better system for maintaining our quality standards. The certification of our production facilities in Hungary according to ISO9001 naturally underlines our efforts.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management

We have certified our company according to the ISO 14001 environmental management standard not only for ecological reasons, but also for the economic advantages that result from strict environmental management.

Environmental protection and sustainability are some of the greatest challenges faced by companies today. Industrial companies in particular bear a major responsibility here. Environmental protection is an integral component of our corporate philosophy and requires responsible management; after all, it deals not only with ecological, but also with economic aspects.
