Where are Stuco shoes made?
We manufacture our shoes 100% in our factory in Hungary

The product I bought does not fit, what can I do?
Unused products in mint condition can be exchanged or returned for credit within 10 days after receipt. Return the goods directly to the sender (Stuco or trading partner).

Can I have my Stuco shoes re-soled or repaired?
Depending on the article, a re-soling or repair is possible. We will be happy to make you an offer on request.

I would like to exchange a product for a cheaper/more expensive product.
If you exchange for a product that is cheaper than the one you purchased first, you will receive a credit note for the difference. If you exchange for a product that is more expensive than the one you purchased first, you will be charged the difference.

May I use my orthopaedic insole in safety shoes?
Only insoles that are certified with the respective shoes and have an EU type examination may be used. Stuco offers a special ortho- and insole system for almost all stuco shoes. Look for the Stuco Ortho logo.

How do I choose the correct size of my safety shoes?
Since the toe area of the shoes is hard, the toes need enough space to avoid blisters or pressure points. Put on your shoes without strings and slip into the shoes completely in front until your toes line up. You should now have about 1cm (finger) of space at the heel. If you need help with deciding which size to order, check out our page on sizing.

How do I care for my Stuco shoes properly?
Regular care and cleaning of the shoes prolongs their life span. Care instructions can be found in the instructions for use enclosed with the shoes.
